Big problems with using diviant art Brushes

Being a stock photographer, legal issues are something we really are concerned with. Recently with the launch of image recognition software people are getting sues like crazy. Therefor, be very careful when using brushes from places like DiviantArt or other collection. You could bring your clients and yourself into some serious problems. We are working on a large copyright free collection of Adobe Photoshop Brushes for Downloading. The brushes in this collection will be different from other collection in two aspects: It will be a very large collection of brushes and it will be brushes that can be used for stock image production and that you can sell as your own in a modified form. This we call “Copyright Free”. This is a stock photographer’s dream, because there is literally no place on the internet where you can get brushes that you can use in your own stock images. Part of what you can find there are tutorials on how to make brushes and how to use them. We are a brush company.
