The world is changing and I'm not strictly in one market as photographer, your work is amazing and has always been like that since I first heard your name, years and years ago. I used to be a 3D designer and photoretoucher and your name was always present talking with other designers around the web. Whatever you did (commercial or artistic are just point of views) you have always been cutting edge, quality and numbers have always increased. Your success is a lighthouse in the sea of poor wannabes and some photographers (mostly old school) envy you. The world is changing the market is changing you are a young successful photographer, you deserve to be there, and figure it out, you are in the history and no matter how many people disagree, there are so many more people who follow you!!! I am VERY much a newcomer to the trade and have been lurking on your site for a few months and attribute my VERY limited success so far to your examples...As for those of you who are belittleing this honor, I have to say. Microstock has such a derogatory reputation, yet it's growing exponentially every day..Those who don't beleive it is an art form are fooling themselves, It has become just as legitimate as journalistic photography, and as influential on modern lifestyles. And No one in the field can claim to be as much a part of it as Mr. Arcurs. Yuri, I thank you for your Mentoring here on your blog, and Truly beleive you are deserving of the honor....
